The 'art triangle' formed by Florence,
Siena and Pisa is a rich mine of sightseeing, and the Chianti wine area,
with its hills, vineyards and olive groves is perhaps what most people
think of as 'real' Italy. Lucca should be visited along with the medieval
towers of San Gimignano and the castle at Monteriggioni, mentioned by Dante
in his trilogy. Yet this is only a small part of the wealth of interest
that Tuscany offers. The coast has miles of beautiful sandy beaches.

Villa Belvedere is a large and attractive stone farmhouse, lying within the old Lilliano estate, in a panoramic position surrounded by the estate vineyards and olive groves and with a splendid view of the Chianti hills. The recent renovation has restored the house to all of its original splendour.
Large external spaces surround the house. In a secluded, panoramic position is a nice 12x8m irregular-shaped swimming-pool.
